MATIÈRE\MÉMOIRE – SOR 16 by Sleepless Owl Records
(FR)
(EN)
« MATIERE MEMOIRE is the first album by Paul Void, drummer and percussionist who played with bands STAMP (electro/indus) and Al-Qasar (eastern rock). Between the atmosphere of the synthesizers and the hammering of the percussions, the sound of MATIERE MEMOIRE is part of the search for a soundscape of the suffocating urban universe, always leaving a form of tranquility to extend the listener’s arm.
An album like the soundtrack of an inner film conducive to contemplation, at the crossroads of ambient, post-rock and improvised music. »
